From my desk: 11/23/2020

Christine Bialczak, 2020

Today is the day that I married Bob, 24 years ago. He isn’t here to celebrate this anniversary but I know he is with me. I also believe that he sent David for me, to love me and take care of me like he did, since he is gone. A bittersweet memory of such a beautiful day.

On our Anniversary

Separated my suns, moons, and seas
Forever bonded by love and memories
Love will always be in my heart
For our time together

I am thankful for what I have been given, then, now, and always….

      1. Of course! I try to visit as many pages as possible and typically continue to go back to those where I interact with the other writer. That isn’t a “rule” just what I like to do!

  1. Christine this brought tears to my eyes. It is beautiful that you have both wonderful memories and a present that is filled with love. Love survives all – including death. Love is timeless and enduring. Hugs on this special day…

  2. I say it all the time. We never know what’s around the corner, do we? And sometimes that’s a good thing. Sad to have lost David so young, but you sound like you have come to terms with it and have found that life goes on. Glad you’ve found happiness again. 🙂 🙂

    1. Actually, David is the one in my life now…He has been my rock and stood by me through so very much. He is also a tremendous support for my daughter. Her and I have had our lives turned upside down and it is nice to have someone who cares about us both. Thanks for stopping by to read! Can’t wait to see more walks from your site!
