The Word of the Day is Sketches, I hope this word inspires you to write a story or a poem.

Sketches are the images
of art inside the mind
they come in different colors
in shapes of many kinds.
We often never see it
the shape we mean to make
but stress is often released
in a messy sort of take
sometimes they are done neat
and beauty is sincere
but other times we doodle
when a pen with paper’s near.
