QUESTIONS

  1. In one sentence, how would you sum up the internet? The internet is both a world of knowledge and a garbage dump of time wasted.
  2. Is true beauty subjective or objective? (Anything objective sticks to the facts, but anything subjective has feelings) I had to look it up to make sure I was correct. I think true beauty is subjective. What I find beautiful might be meaningless to someone else and although we disagree, who is to say who is right and who is wrong. Facts are things that can be proven to be true, I think, and are true no matter who looks at it.
  3. How many chickens would it take to kill an elephant?  (like last week, I threw this one in for lightening things up a bit.  There is no ‘right or wrong ‘ answer – just have fun with it). It would depend on the size of the elephant and if chickens is in a general sense, meaning is a rooster a chicken? If a rooster is considered a chicken then yes, definitely. I had three holes poked in my leg by a rooster. If he wanted to and I had no defenses he probably would have poked my eyes out. Then unfortunately, chickens will eat their dead “family members”. I think the elephant would have to be clueless though. It’s like letting a fly bite you. Fly:Person as Chicken:Elephant
  4. If your five-year-old self suddenly found themselves inhabiting your current body, what would your five-year-old self do first?  Eat candy

GRATITUDE SECTION (AS ALWAYS, OPTIONAL)

What’s an aspect of your personality that you’re grateful for? I’m grateful that I truly feel happy for other people and care about them. I think some people have to act like they care, but they really don’t (like my sister….).

  1. Thank you for Sharing Your World, Christine! Nope, Not Pam makes a good argument with that one, even formerly trustworthy sources of factual information seem to have been polluted with some kind of “spin”. But your answer was great and thanks for the explanation of the two terms. I honestly didn’t know the definition myself! I believe we can include the rooster as a chicken. I’ve heard a few stories now of how vicious those birds are too. If the elephant were bested, it would be because, like so much else these days, the alleged bigger and stronger don’t automatically stand up .. for themselves or anything else, so the fly gets a great BIG bite! The elephant could raise one enormous leg and have pressed chicken for dinner (if they were carnivores, which they’re not). The rooster would indeed get his licks in though. Attitude sometimes makes up for lack of size. I’m sorry about your family situation. Sometimes a break is needed. Have a wonderful week!
