Would indeed be a good thing to teach kids……… some of the table manners I’ve seen in the past are atrocious!

Either that or they are on their phones and not interacting with anyone…which is almost as bad. David and I were out one night and we noticed that the entire family of four was sitting and eating and each member was on their own phone. What’s the point of eating out?

Madness. Whatever happened to family time? I always insisted that we all sat down as a family at mealtimes and discussed our day. No computers or mobiles then though

Sometimes when we go out David might take out his phone for a minute and I always ask “will you come out to dinner with me?” Lol. I am guilty of it too sometimes but when pointed out realize how awful it is. We would rather talk during dinner than stare at those tiny screens!

I had to laugh once in McDs as two people were sitting at a table texting……… to each other!!
