One-Liner Wednesday, June 24th

I totally messed this up! I made a poem not a one-liner! Oops!

: The cute colored butterfly on the grass

My story

If I could be a butterfly
I’d like to be the same
as one with all  the colors
I do not know it’s name.

I wonder where I’d go
to find myself a home
Maybe in a garden
with fairies and a gnome.

But now I am a worm
who looks just like a creep
I think I’m feeling tired
it’s time to get some sleep.

    • I saw that picture and that’s what came to mind. Don’t we all want to be a little bit of what we aren’t? Anyone who says no is lying, I think. I think that is just human nature.
