I tossed the sweater into the back seat and wiped the sweat from my forehead. Being under the sun, despite the wind generated as I drive through the city, warmed me so much more that I thought possible. Having the top down on my convertible gave me the ultimate feeling of freedom. The only problem about tossing things into the back seat while the top is down is stuff flying out when I picked up speed on the turnpike. Was losing cashmere worth the feeling of the wind blowing through my hair and the sun shining on my face? I wouldn’t admit it to my boyfriend, the one that bought me the sweater. With that being said, Mike lives hours away and it wasn’t like he would ever see me driving along
Well, Linda had a great idea here! I have been stuck home and sadly, I didn’t even remember that today was Friday! So I guess I need this more than I thought.
I have spent the past few days catching up on blogging, writing, reading, commenting. I find it fascinating to read about what others are doing in so many other parts of the world. I learned a bit about Tasmania and of course areas around the UK!
Today I was planning on running a few errands but I realized I really only wanted ice cream that I found at Walmart last week. It is Biscoff Ice cream. If you have never had a Biscoff biscuit, don’t! You may become addicted. Well the ice cream is even better!
So, I didn’t go today. We will see how long I can hold out!
Up ahead for the weekend…Same thing as every day I suppose since there really aren’t many options. I hope you are all staying comfy and healthy. Hopefully, this virus will wind down and people can stop worrying about sickness and hearing about tragedy. Have a peaceful weekend!
