My daughter is flying down on Monday as a birthday surprise for me! Yippee! I can’t wait to see her. Of course we have a ton of things we want to do but she will only be here for a few days so we shall see!
I have been commissioned to build two miniatures. One is of a cafe, a small copy of the Greem Cafe in Seoul, Korea: https://www.instagram.com/greem_cafe/
The second is a haunted house based on a number of scary movies. I have seen most but not all of the movies the buyer wants to be depicted in the house: The Sixth Sense (kitchen), Hocus Pocus (cauldron room), and Casper (Foyer), to name a few. I am building it completely from scratch and don’t know how long either will take but I am up for the challenge!
I finally painted the house!

Now we just need new shutters and the trim painted!
Peace to you all! Have a great day!
You’ll be very busy, but what a great project 😊

The miniature haunted house sounds like a really cool idea.

Yes, I am really excited to get rolling on it. There is just a lot of planning and trying to figure out how it will all go together. It’s a lot easier when the directions in Chinese show you how to do it!

I’d love to see that one when you’re finished. Will you be posting pictures of it?

The miniature house looks good. Is it for habitation?
Happy Birthday and it will be wonderful to have your daughter with you. Regards, Lakshmi

All my miniature houses look like they would be wonderful to live in…if I could shrink that small! Thank you for the well wishes!

Please post photos of it from a different angle so that I can understand how big it is 😊 Thank you.
