Sunset Cruise

Marcus looked at the boat. This is not what he had in mind when he booked a sunset cruise for him and Veva. He was completely confused. How would he and Veva fit in that boat with a… a captain? Is that even what you call someone who rows a rowboat? Did that boat even have a motor? He was starting to feel a pit in his stomach. Maybe this was only the boat that took them to the sailboat. Marcus chuckled to himself, feeling foolish for jumping to such a silly conclusion.

Veva arrived at the marina on time. Marcus had told her he had a surprise and that she should get to the marina by six. Walking from the car, Veva saw Marcus talking to an old man. They were pointing at a yellow rowboat. Was Marcus going to row her out onto the open ocean. What had he planned? How was she going to get out of this?
