Planewreck

Down below in the deep blue sea 
there lies a plane that used to be 
for the men who saved the world 
the plane went down, lives unfurled.  

Now the wreck just sits and rots 
seen on radar as just some dots 
Waiting for a ship to come back 
Nothing left after the shark attack. 

Someday though the nose will rise 
and put its wings back in the skies 
for no plane lost can be left there 
Someone else has got to care.
