My sweet Julian is 6 months old! I go to see him in a few weeks!

I got a new job! I start in November! It is special education but in a high school with kids that do NOT have behavior issues! Wish me luck!
I have to get back to my writing but it is so hard to get motivated. The last time I tried writing a poem I couldn’t come up with anything. Maybe once I start my new job and my head is screwed on straight I can get back to it.

Christine I hope the new job is fulfilling and that the visit with the grandson is nothing but joy! I do miss your poetry. My scavenger hunt is in full swing and it is all haiku-esque poems so they are short. A great way to ease back into writing!!!

Thank you! I am teaching Special Ed now, always have, but the kids in the new job don’t have behaviors, just learning difficulties. I miss teaching, not just correcting poor behaviors all day like I am doing at my current job.
