So I’m watching a program on Amazon Prime about the Dutchess of Northumberland and how she wanted to build this land for children. The program itself is amazing but Lilidorei is definitely a place I would love to go. Apparently, her husband was not a Duke but his older brother died unexpectedly at 42, or some young age, so they became Duke and Dutchess literally overnight. She runs Alnwick Castle as both a vacation spot and as her personal property. Any money that she raises through the visitors and grants goes into maintaining the property, well after she was done building Lilidorei.

I love watching the real documentaries but now with all the streaming channels not being included in certain subscriptions I feel like I am running out of what is available to me. I don’t understand the whole streaming thing and why there isn’t just normal tv anymore.

It is very confusing. I have no idea why the local broadcast stations are not available on my TV… I guess things change!

Its so strange! There are tons of movie channels and channels full of reruns, but no local news, no national news, no weather. Sometimes not knowing what is going on in this country is a blessing, don’t get me wrong!

My son#1 doesn’t have cable and he can get 3 local channels… That’s great but we can’t get any reception…
