Join in with Paula to complain about the one thing….
So, here in my town we have reclaimed water for watering the plants and grass. The town has now decided to have the water turn on and turn off at given times. What I have been doing is positioning the sprinkler so that whenever it goes on it is in the right spot. By the right spot I mean, when the water goes back on I don’t want it to go all over the car because it leaves spots all over. To fight this and the pollen from the tree right above the driveway I have signed up for the unlimited monthly carwash plan. I went today to get the spots off the car. Well, I guess when the town turned on the water this afternoon the pressure was more than this morning so the sprinkler was out of control, covering my car in “poop water” as it is often called. Why can’t I just have a clean car? I miss having a garage!
So my peeve? Why can’t we control our own water or why can’t the town ensure the pressure?
Not to be a total jerk I do have to say I am thankful for our reclaimed water because it would cost so much to water with our regular water.

My complaint here is running sprinklers after ground is already holding water from daily rainstorms. That is unusual for our location but geez, reset the sprinkler system!

You know how many times the water is NOT turned on on a sunny day but its on when its raining!?!?!

we were literally under a boil water advisory for over 24 hours this week because of loss of water pressure. I didn’t even know about it until halfway in either becuase the alert system didn’t go off as it should have. Fun times all around.

I really can’t complain…I hear about Canada and other disasters and think my issue is so pathetic
