The podcast I was part of is live!
The name of the podcast is People in a Pod Unfiltered. I can listen to it on Spotify and I am getting directions on how to find it for those like me who have no idea where to look. Anyhow, it is 4 episodes titled Grief & Loss. I will update this post as I get more information.

How exciting! What was the experience like?

Well, I knew the woman who runs the podcast, we had worked together a long time ago. But, it was very hard as I had to tell the story of losing my first husband and my son. It was healing in a sense, just talking about the whole ordeal.
