It is so important to understand other people even if you don’t understand the problem or where it comes from.
Depression
During my youth and before giving birth, I had mild dysthymia for years of my life, which is now called persistent depressive disorderaccording to the DSM-5. I also had postpartum depression after the birth of my first child and was later diagnosed with bipolar disorder. As the years progressed, I experienced suicidal depression.
The beauty in it all is that I survived and overcame it all and you can too. Recovery and wellness are possible. I am living proof.
Who is Affected by Depression?
