Lately, on many of the social media sites, I keep seeing these 28-day AI challenges. They say they are for people over 40 years old and they will “change your life”. They say you will know so much about AI by the end that you won’t even know how you lived without it.
So my question is this?
What are us “old” people over 40 supposed to be learning about AI, and how is it going to help improve my life?
What am I missing out on?
Should I join a challenge?
This is like weightloss pills…you just have to wonder if you are the only one missing the key!

My AI said, “People over 40 should learn how AI impacts their careers and daily life, focusing on using AI tools for efficiency (email, research), developing unique human skills (critical thinking, leadership), understanding AI’s basics (what it does), and leveraging it for personal growth (health monitoring, learning), emphasizing that their experience combined with AI is a powerful asset, not a threat.”

Not a road for me to travel unless I really need it, which I can see no reason at the moment. I do use a form of AI to add effects and do post photo editing already

That is kindof my thought, what do I need it for?

Count me out! I don’t need AI to curate my photos or arrange my files!

I say, don’t drink the lemonade Christine! We still know how to spell without using acronyms, we certainly speak or laugh without voicing, “LOL.” We form and create our own thoughts, put our own prose down on paper (or computer) AND we can sign our name in the now extinct form and forbidden, cursive writing!!
