Blue and Red; Personal Paint
A symbol of the life we lead
a tribute to the world
For every word we plant a seed
and wait for all unfurled
Which way to go, which one to back?
there isn’t always one
But who’ll be there picking up the slack
When all is said and done?
Perhaps it really is the sun
who is shining upon us
Perhaps there really is no one
Which, right now, would be a plus.

I love this one Christine! Excellent questions to ponder – and ponder them I will!

“For every word, we plant a seed” though sadly, there are a lot of weeds to plough through!
Nice rhythm to your poem again 👏

I’ve learned not to say too much because some people truly are crazy over picking sides. I don’t like the confrontations.
