This was so hard because there are so many fabulous songs with great keyboards. I had to pick this one because it just gives me a good vibe….

I love that song! I got to see Billy Joel in concert and he rode his motorcycle onto the stage! It was a fabulous show – he is the piano man!

I heard he is still giving concerts! I wonder if his voice has held up. I would have loved to see him but now tickets are so outrageous I wouldn’t even bother.

As a native New Yorker, my first instinct was to feature this song, then I changed my mind figuring someone would surely go with Billy Joel. I’m so glad I was right!

Where in New York? I grew up in CT but had most of my family either in Queens, on the island, or in the White Plains area. My late husbands parents were from Binghamton and my current husband is from Syracuse.

Born and raised in The Bronx but have lived in Westchester Country for 52 years. White Plains is about a 20 minute drive from me. The CT border is very close by and I’ve spent a lot of time in Stamford.

Yesterday I got together with my cousin who lived in Carmel growing up. We haven’t seen each other in over 40 years! He was back a few years ago.

It really was. You know when you are kids you don’t know any better unless someone tells you. I don’t remember what I was told when I asked about my cousin. Anyhow, it was good to catch up and fun to talk about when we were kids.

I’ve by to NYC a handful of times and I have to say I liked it best when it was off season and not so crowded.
