Well, we just got home from our long-awaited honeymoon! We were on Soulshine at Sea 2023, a music cruise featuring reggae artist Michael Franti and many others!
The cruise started in Miami and began with lunch and then a concert with Michael Franti.
We had an awesome time and saw so many fabulous artists. Our favorites were
Hirie
Tropedelic
and Southern Avenue
Then on top of all the music there were theme nights.
The first night did not have a theme but the second night was
Pirate Night
Breakfast for Dinner/ Pajama Night
and
Disco Night or Studio 54
We also visited the Chacchoben Mayan Ruins in Costa Maya, Mexico

I was really happy that we remembered costumes for the theme nights. There were plenty of people who didn’t dress up but those of us that did had fun admiring each others’ costumes.

It really was a great time. It was a little confusing at first and I wish we had had at least one more day once we figured out where to go, what to do, etc.
They have all types of cruises to go on! I love cruising.
