Use rhyming couplets (any number) and incorporate house and home.
House of mine strong as brick
Walls and windows, cool and thick
House of yours just beautiful
A full encasement, not just a hull
House down the street, a home no less
Your yard and driveway’s such a mess
House on the corner up for sale
I hope the realtor will prevail!
House way up north withstanding cold
Down in the south the homes are old.
House far away, you could be mine
Until that day we’ll both be fine.

Thanks. Funny, even though I often rhyme it was still a challenge to do the couplets
