We all have heard it,
not all the same,
but the twilight zone’s
an awful game
A place where lives
and the dividing line
get blurred before
your eyes and mine
the threshold met
the limits broke
no time for rest
no time to choke
just hold on tight
stay close my dear
for in this zone
its death you’ll fear

Death may turn out to be the ultimate adventure. But on the note that you start the poem, it is separation that we fear.
