Today I helped someone realize that they weren’t the only one, and they were happy. You never know how someone may benefit from hearing your story. My sister-in-law texted me and shared how a friend of hers was sharing with her about being diagnosed with hemiplegic migraines. How she was hospitalized and they first thought she was having a stroke, (a hemiplegic migraine mimics a stroke, but isn’t one) I was like Wow! There is someone else that has experienced the same thing as me. I am not crazy. When she told her friend about me, her friend had the same response. I am not saying you go tell everyone everything about you, but don’t be afraid to share things with someone, for you never know when they may say, “Me too”, and you don’t feel so alone.
