Box of Memories
Stacks of memories
bury the past
left to unearth
and reveal at last
the moments in time
lost in the dark
almost forgotten
then just a spark
that jogs all the memories
buried one day
waiting for you
to whisk them away
To take away pain
and bring back a smile
with so many prints
it could take a while
but every last minute
and every last tear
makes all of the memories
easy to bear
until back in the box
the whole stack will go
into the abysms
only you know

The stack of memories within ourselves composes an intimate sanctuary exclusive to us, awaiting future reflection whenever sentimentality calls. Thank you for opening up this reflective trip down memory lane and showing me just how impactful recollections can truly be. Your thoughtful words touched something profound inside me. 👍👏👌😊

yes it touches something we seem to keep buried on a daily basis

I like the fast paced flow of this. Our minds process things so quickly. Glimpses.❤️
