It used to be that way for me but when I started getting scheduled in the wee hours (aka dark o’clock) it was easier to do it on my phone before work. My laptop screen was too bright and would wake my husband (he works nights).
Just make sure you’re logged in to WP on your phone when you download the app…. and then…. it will auto log into the new one and then you can delete the old app….or something like that. I’m trying to remember, and I think that’s right
I don’t even know what it is, but WordPress keeps asking me to. I am so technologically stupid! I am going to have to start writing my blog posts on paper, putting them in bottles, and throwing them into the river!
Yeah, I have heard that. I just switched it over on my phone, which was super easy as the app does all the work. I like to use my laptop but sometimes when I am out and about I use my phone.
I didn’t know we had a choice.

I don’t know if we do or not but I am really glad that I made the change. On the phone it is so much easier with Jetpack.

Nope! I will avoid it unless forced!

I switched a while ago, but I only use it for reading comments. I reply on my desktop or laptop.

Only on my phone.

OK thanks. I didn’t want to mess with the app if it was going to mess up the whole site.

I was leery myself. I still have both apps on my phone and both work. Supposedly the old one wasn’t going to work anymore🤷♀️

I just switched and hoped for the best. I don’t mind it but I also don’t blog much on my phone anyhow.

Thanks for the reminder! Every time I pick up my phone I end up texting someone or playing a game so I haven’t remembered to switch over

On my phone I did. My computer I just use the web. I will say, the app works WAAAAAAYYYY better than the WP app ever did for me.

Hugh said I would be OK as I only use a laptop, no mobile devices.
