What do you complain about the most?
My weight. It seems that I get on a good eating kick or a good exercise kick but then there is no change and I get bummed and then go off all the good plans until I have had enough and start over. I just wish it wasn’t so hard.
Yep. If only it was as easy to take off as it was to put on. 🙂
