Some days are harder than others
Flowers grow even when time stands still
Life is hard, walking up a hill
Pieces fall where they are laid
Feelings hurt and bills are paid
With the help of friends
Life can become easier
Support is needed

This made me think of seeding wild flowers! I’m planning on sprinkling seeds along the edge of the current flower bed – seems the flowers will just find their way to bloom!!

My neighbors did this and it was amazing! My biggest problem is weeding. I never know what to pull or not pull and I like to weed.

I have landscaping fabric down so it minimizes the weeds. We have pavers as an edge on most of the garden area but the garden along the side of the garage is just rock and a few perennials. Sparky is planning on removing the rock, and planting more hostas and day lilies. I’m going to line the edge with bricks that have holes in them (we have some that were scavenged when they tore down a building) and I’m putting the seeds in the holes. If we need more bricks, we know a guy who is a contractor who often has access to demolition sites. The clean up company will let them take bricks if they are willing to haul them away….

Thats a really cool idea! Then you don’t have to worry about any of it! Thanks for the idea! I might do some of that here!

You’re welcome! It will serve 2 purposes – as edging and as a planter for the wildflowers!
