Its a hard hit for whoever is receiving it. I had this boyfriend once, a long time ago, and we broke up when I was in college because someone told me he was cheating on me. Anyhow, I’ll cut to the point. Years later we met back up and I was still madly in love with him. We dated for a short time and then one day we were supposed to meet for dinner and he said he wasn’t going to meet me and never wanted to see me again. Well, he finally admitted that he only got back to me so that he could break my heart like I broke his the first time. I have never gotten over that. It totally screwed with my mind. I think it was just so cruel.
