Do you see yourself as a leader?

I believe I am a very good leader, as I am a good listener. I don’t like to command leadership though so often find myself not leading, and regretfully, wishing I had stepped up. I think some of that is the feeling that demanding leadership seems boastful and I’m not like that. I know this is purely my viewpoint and not entirely accurate.
