Just Someplace
I’ll tell you my answer quickly
if you ask me where we should go
It’d be a place like no other
A place without cold, ice, or snow
A place where the sun only shines
and a warm breeze is all that I feel
There has got to be a location
The nice weather holds much appeal
But I also want days with some rain
to water the plants in my yard
to freshen the air, when stifling hot
without drowning them, I’ll stand guard
I also want days with some chill
So my walks with the dog can persist
As long as the sun keeps on shining
I will keep his leash strapped to my wrist
I want it to be the most perfect
Most perfect of what I don’t know
I just know that I want to be there
I know it is someplace I’ll go.

I love whimsical stuff like that. Scary, but if I lived out my impulses I’d have one of those crazy homes that people drive by just to say they saw it! Hahaha!
