What’s the oldest thing you own that you still use daily?
I don’t know if it is the oldest thing but I do have a t-shirt that I remember buying when I first learned of Life is Good. I still love it even though it is slightly ratty.

My oldest possession is my great great grandmother’s cast iron iron. She used it to iron by putting it in the fire – usually in a big skillet so it wouldn’t get sooty…. My sister has the skillet!

Wow! Pretty cool! I used to have some antiques from my late husbands grandparents or something but I now don’t know what I ever did with them. After he passed away I think I was in a daze for a long time. Actually tomorrow is 7 years since he passed.

I don’t know what will become of some of the antiques I have. My sons don’t seem interested in them nor any of the nieces or nephews….

Thats what I fear with my daughter. She has already told me that she doesn’t want any of it. Even all the pictures and stuff. I don’t even know who the people are in the pictures

I just told her to assume that my jewelry has some value and not to give it all away to Goodwill!

Not sure that I actually own it, but I believe it was loaned to me long ago. I haven’t taken the very best care of it but, neither have I abused it. I’m going better now, but age has certainly crept in and the years are not only starting to show, but to affect its ability to function as well. The oldest thing I own and still use daily? My old body!!
