Thank you to everyone who sent their condolences about my dad. It has been really hard but the hardest part is yet to come I feel, just getting used to life not taking daily care to think about his needs. I will certainly miss him.
As a diversion my cousin has invited me to visit him in Colorado! His wife and beautiful baby are there and my aunt is staying with them before leaving for Japan. I am so excited! I have never been farther west than Pennsylvania, and the eastern side, so I am wondering how amazed I will be when I get there.
