I want to apologize but WordPress is NOT letting me post replies to many people. I have made many comments but it has also become redundant to write the same comment over and over. If you see I have read something but have NOT commented, this is probably why.
I got home yesterday from my short, long-drive up north. I went for a couple of reasons. One of course to see my daughter. The second was I built my friends daughter a dollhouse for her 3rd birthday and it was just too big to ship. She adored it, which made me so happy. Although I didn’t have time to see all of my good friends, I did see a few, which of course leaves me in tears as I am driving away. I miss my friends.

The big smiles say it all!! I’ve sporadically encountered the same thing on WP – every time it lasted an hour and then everything returned to normal…

I think it is the inconsistency that bugs me. Happens on some blogs, not on others…

I know and it doesn’t matter if you have a paid subscription or you use the free version. Happens with block editor and with classic editor…

I had the same problem for ages – hopefully, now fixed, although they did blame my lack of cache clearing, etc. – which I do multiple times a day. I hope you get some action and the problem fixed.

It is amazing how much junk gets stored on a computer without ever intentionally saving it. I mean even emails. I find them months later that suddenly appear as old but “unread”.
