Pinch an inch of fat
A cinch with hips like that
Flab folding right over
Just wish upon a clover
That fat will melt away
To start a better day
Where healthy is the key
So life is here for me
My new goal!
Today, I’d like you to cinch your wee poem together using some form of the word pinch.
Pinching Fat
This week I’m on a diet
They said it’d be a cinch
but ever since I started
I have more fat to pinch
I eat a lot less sugar
I drink a lot more too
I’m actually really trying
This much I say is true
but with the sales I found today
the donuts and the cake
Its from this crazy diet
I need to take a break

Look, I tried to wish it away, but! Now I’ve increased my walk route and bike ride, sigh. Loved both of these.

Healthier is always a good choice, but as I age I’m also learning to embrace what I’ve got. 😉 Inches and all.

Fun poems–but not dieting. I was thin most of my adult life, but postmenopausal, I just look at food and the pounds get added on! 😂
