The Sunshine Skyway Bridge is another bridge that is located in Florida, as the state is full of bridges. The bridge was built to connect St. Petersburg to Terra Ceia and spans over a length of around 22,000 feet.

The bridge suffered some significant damage in 1980 after a ship ran into it, killing 35 people. Since then, the bridge has been renovated and is able to withstand more damage than it did before.

There haven’t been any accidents since, but there are plenty of people who have taken their life by jumping off of the bridge, as it has become a popular spot for doing so.
