Joy in Writing

As I sit here alone I feel peace
I find strength in the words I write
I feel joy in the things I say

There is nothing like a quiet room
Where I can create or imagine
As I sit here alone I feel peace

The words seem to flow
Out of my mind and into my hands
I find strength in the words I write

I read my own writing 
And that of others
I feel joy in the things I say
