Bright Moon

By the light of the moon  
by the spark of a star  
my memories of you  
Never go very far  
 
I’m delighted by you  
and the things that we share  
Our relationship goals  
Just how much we each care  
 
Someday you will be gone  
And I will be alone  
I’ll have what we’ve been through  
All the vibrance, the tone  
 
So if you remember  
to tell me that goodbye  
just point to the full moon  
lighting up the dark sky
