Can’t Read the Map

If you go out there  
and I come this way  
we should meet up then 
somewhere near, someday.  
 
There’s no telling now  
where we’ll finally end  
the details are missing  
from the photo my friend. 
 
It looks like a child 
has drawn this here map 
I think I will try to  
learn it after my nap.

I am grateful for my daughter. Despite her being 21 and wanting to move on and become an adult, she grounds me and makes me remember the good in my life.

I am grateful for my house. Before my husband passed away money came a lot easier. Now, that is not the case and if it weren’t for he and I living a pretty nice life, I might not have a pretty safe roof over my head.
